I have always been a seeker, born and brought up in Rishikesh, the yoga capital, I was always looking for the meaning of yoga and the secrets hidden in yoga practice. As far as I know about yoga, everything is possible, anything could happen you just have to do it in the right way. I started learning yoga at the age of 15 and it's been 10 years now. At first, I thought yoga is just about the flexibility of body and chanting of Om but now I know yoga is all about self-discovery, yoga is about knowing yourself more. Yoga is for everyone. Whether you are looking for flexibility, to improve your fitness, or challenge yourself physically or mentally yoga is a great addition to any kind of lifestyle. I completed my master degree in yoga in the year 2017 from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, then I completed my 200-hour teacher training program. I began teaching yoga since 2017 after completing my master degree in yoga. What I like most about yoga is that there is no end of knowledge.
Manish Uniyal began his yoga journey in 2007 when he did six months certificate course in yogic science from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. That very first experience in such a yogic environment had ended up affecting him in a deeper and spiritual way. Manish went for further studies and did his Masters in Yoga & Arts. After a long 9 years of journey, Manish met his Guru Praveen Nair Ji, Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and since then learning under his tutelage. Manish is pursuing all aspects of Yoga from his Guruji and is inspired by his teaching methodology. Manish teaches the combination of Hatha with the fundamental principles of alignment, Flow yoga and anatomy. Manish has been sharing his Yoga knowledge in India and in abroad.
